  • Email: Professional email templates

Our Service uses advanced AI models through OpenRouter API to generate high-quality, platform-specific content based on your prompts and preferences.

3. Account Registration

Account Types

Anonymous Accounts

  • You can use the Service without providing personal information
  • Your account is tied to your device ID
  • Limited functionality compared to registered accounts
  • Account data may be lost if you uninstall the app

Registered Accounts

  • Created through Apple Sign In
  • Full access to all features
  • Account data syncs across devices
  • Subscription management through Apple ID

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must provide accurate information
  • One account per person
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

4. Subscription and Pricing

Subscription Plans

All subscriptions are managed through Apple In-App Purchase:

Monthly Subscription

  • Billing: Recurring monthly
  • Trial: No free trial
  • Access: Unlimited content generation

Yearly Subscription

  • Billing: Recurring annually
  • Trial: 7-day free trial with a limit of 10 generations
  • Access: Unlimited content generation

Prices vary by region and are displayed in your local currency through the App Store. Current pricing will be shown before you confirm any purchase.

Generation Limits

Free/Anonymous Users

  • Generations: 0 (subscription required)
  • Access: Can browse app but cannot generate content
  • Trial: Must subscribe to access trial

Trial Users (Yearly Plan Only)

  • Duration: 7 days
  • Generations: 10 generations during trial / unlimited after trial
  • Cancellation: Cancel anytime during trial to avoid charges
  • Access: Full feature access

Subscribed Users

  • Generations: Unlimited
  • Features: All current and future features
  • Support: Priority support

Balance Users

  • Legacy System: Some users may have prepaid balance
  • Generations: Available while balance > 0
  • No Renewal: Balance system is being phased out

Billing and Renewal

  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Billing Cycle: Charged at the end of each period
  • Price Changes: We'll notify you of any price changes
  • Taxes: Prices may include applicable taxes

Cancellation and Refunds

  • How to Cancel: Through App Store subscription settings
  • When to Cancel: At least 24 hours before renewal
  • Access: Continues until end of current period
  • Refunds: Handled by Apple per App Store policies

  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing content
  • We don't claim ownership of generated content
  • You must comply with platform-specific terms where you post content

AI Limitations

You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • Content should be reviewed before use
  • AI suggestions are not professional advice
  • Results may vary based on input quality

6. Privacy and Data

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve issues directly with you. If you have any dispute with us, please first contact us at hey@getdraft.io and we'll do our best to resolve it informally within 30 days.

If we can't resolve the dispute informally, any legal disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Tbilisi, Georgia, except where prohibited by law. The arbitration will be conducted in English and the arbitrator's decision will be final.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us individually. You waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

  • Posting the new Terms in the app
  • Updating the "Last Updated" date
  • Sending a notification (for material changes)
